Description

The Sound Tools CAT Rack provides a professional solution for transporting audio and data across long distances. This rack mount stage box delivers up to 12 channels of audio, DMX, Clear-Com, or AES signals using three CAT cable lines. Because the system is fully passive and all-analog, you get reliable performance without the need for external power or the risk of digital interference. Designed for versatility, this unit works perfectly for stage production, professional studios, and touring environments. The inclusion of shielded CAT cable ensures signal integrity remains high. Whether you are using it as a stage box or a splitter, the modular design adapts to your specific setup needs. The system is built to handle high-density routing while keeping your rack space organized and efficient. It is an ideal choice for engineers who require a dependable, low-profile method to manage multiple channels of audio and data simultaneously.

Key Features

12 CHANNEL XLR CAPACITY - Deliver up to 12 channels of audio or data through a single unit. This all-analog, fully passive rack mountable system is perfect for routing DMX, Clear-Com, or AES signals.

ETHERCON CONNECTIVITY - Features an etherCON input and a parallel etherCON output, which allows you to easily daisy-chain multiple units together for expanded signal routing.

REVERSIBLE RACK EARS - Customize your installation with reversible rack ears. Simply unscrew the two screws on each side to change the mounting direction to fit your specific rack configuration.

MODULAR VERSATILITY - Use this device as a stage box, a splitter, or for various other applications to suit your specific studio or live sound requirements.

SHIELDED CAT CABLE - Includes shielded CAT cable to help transmit up to 12 channels of audio and data over three CAT lines with minimal interference.
