Experience a landmark moment in music history with this definitive 50th anniversary release of Grounation. Performed by The Mystic Revelation of Rastafari, this groundbreaking 1972 album stands as the ultimate expression of roots music and Rastafarian ideology. Much like the works of Sun Ra's Arkestra or John Coltrane in the jazz world, this record represents music functioning at a high level of spiritual consciousness. This mighty conceptual triple-album holds the distinction of being the first ever reggae triple-album. It serves as a massive cultural statement, comparable to Marvin Gaye's 'What's Goin' On', offering an avant-garde and forward-looking approach to sound.
