Soudal 750ml Gap Filler Expanding Foam is a moisture-curing polyurethane foam designed for general purpose gap filling in both indoor and outdoor projects. The formula adheres strongly to most common building substrates such as stone, wood, brick and concrete, while resisting water, heat and ageing. Once cured, the foam provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, helping to keep rooms quieter and more energy efficient. It expands up to 30 times its original volume, filling cracks, holes and cavities quickly and completely. After curing, the material can be cut, sanded, plastered and painted, making it ideal for renovation work where a smooth finish is required. Because it is not UV resistant, the cured foam should be covered with sealant, paint or plaster for exposed outdoor applications. The package includes a handheld spray nozzle for precise application and protective gloves for safe handling, and the foam stores easily when not in use.
