Description
Upgrade your astronomical viewing experience with the Skyoptikst 1.25 inch Rack and Pinion Focuser. Designed specifically for refractor telescopes, this all-metal casting component provides stable and precise control over your focal length. The rack and pinion mechanism allows for smooth adjustments via the metal handwheel, ensuring you can find the perfect focus for your celestial targets. Built for durability and performance, the unit features a surface oxidation black treatment to prevent rust and an inner wall extinction treatment to minimize reflections. The internal design includes a brass ring where the set screw makes contact, which protects your 1.25 inch eyepieces from marks or scratches. With a 65mm focusing stroke and a 105mm focusing tube, this hardware is a reliable addition to any telescope setup. The M56 x 1mm external thread at the bottom and M42 female thread compatibility make it a versatile choice for telescopes with an inner diameter greater than 56mm. It even includes a 1.25 inch dust cover to keep your optics clean and ready for your next observation session.

Key Features

Precise Rack and Pinion Design: Adjust your focal length easily using the gear-driven mechanism and the all-metal focusing handwheel for smooth operation.

Protective Brass Ring: An internal brass ring ensures the set screw holds your 1.25 inch eyepiece securely without leaving marks on the eyepiece barrel.

Enhanced Optical Clarity: The inner wall features an extinction treatment and fully threaded design to minimize reflections during observation.

Durable All-Metal Construction: Built with high-quality metal casting and a surface oxidation black treatment to prevent rusting and ensure long-term use.

Generous Focusing Stroke: Provides a 65mm focusing travel and a 105mm focusing tube to accommodate various eyepiece requirements.

Includes Dust Protection: Comes with a dedicated 1.25 inch dust cover to protect your equipment from debris and extend the life of your optics.
