Silva Explorer PRO Compass - Baseplate with Slope Card

The Silva Explorer PRO Compass is a high-end traditional baseplate compass designed for serious outdoor navigation. This clear, one-size compass provides essential tools for hikers and adventurers, including a specialized slope card to help you determine terrain difficulty and detect avalanche risk. By assessing the slope, you can better judge any extra distance required for your journey. For precise distance tracking, the included soft and bendable distance lanyard features four different scales: 1:24k, 1:25k, 1:50k, and 1:62.5. This allows you to lay the lanyard directly on your route to measure hike length accurately. With a DryFlex Rubber grip for steady handling and a built-in magnetic declination adjuster, the Explorer PRO ensures reliable performance in various environments.
