Description
The Shimano Exsence A 4000M XG spinning reel combines lightweight engineering with robust performance for serious saltwater and freshwater anglers. Weighing just 220g, this reel features a HAGANE Body constructed from magnesium alloy for exceptional durability without excess weight. The MicroModule Gear II system delivers smooth, precise gear engagement, whilst the Rapid Fire Drag mechanism provides instant stopping power when battling larger fish. With a 6.2:1 gear ratio and 99cm line retrieval per handle turn, the Exsence A 4000M XG excels at both rapid line recovery and sustained casting distance. The 11kg drag capacity handles substantial fish pressure, making this reel suitable for targeting species that demand reliability and speed. Shimano's heritage in reel manufacturing ensures consistent quality and long-term performance for demanding fishing conditions.
