Rod measurement between brackets when assembled: 70 centimetre. Rod outer diameter: 10 millimetre. Rods can easily be cut down using a hacksaw or rod cutter to use with narrow carpet runners. The cuts are hidden inside the end brackets for a flawless finish. If installing using an impact driver for screws, newton metre torque setting should be set to lowest/minimum level. Safety Warning Attention When mounting with an impact wrench for screws, the Newton meter torque setting should be set to lowest/minimum setting.
