3M double sided tape is the market-leading double sided sticky tape with acrylic adhesive. Providing a permanent bond between two suitable surfaces this 1.1mm thick heavy duty double sided adhesive tape is perfect for home, work, indoors and outdoors. Tape rolls are prepared on PVC core to ensure minimal wastage (compared to carboards cores). Fully weather resistant and easily to cut to length. Suitable indoors, outdoors and on vehicles. A clean and reliable alternative to mechnical fasteners such as screws, nails, bolts and rivets and traditional liquid adhesives and glues. Acrylic foam tape is shock absorbing, noise reducing and can withstand very low and high temperatures. Application Tips Please refer to the provided STASS Application Advice card for preparation instructions to get the strongest bond. Surfaces must be thoroughly clean and dry. Press the tape very firmly once applied to activate the bonding process Full bond will be achieved after 24 hours, allow tape to cure before adding weight. Remove the backing liner (with sharp knife if required) and press the second surface onto the tape firmly for at least 10 seconds and if required prop the attached item up until the curing time has passed. Do not attempt to remove and reapply the tape. Suitable for surfaces such as metal, glass, brick, laminated wood, signs, number plates, tiles, bathroom, automotive and more.
