Kitchen Food Cutter – 12 Litres The RCKC-12000 Kitchen Cutter by Royal Catering is constructed mainly from excellent stainless steel and has a large bowl capacity and powerful 950 W motor. The rotational speed can be smoothly adjusted from 1100 to 2500 rotations per minute. This allows for the cutting process to be adapted to any kind of food. The bowl has a capacity of 12 litres and the plastic cover protects the work surface from splashes and reduces the operating noise. More ingredients can be added during operation through the opening in the lid which can be closed with a plug. The portable bowl has two handles for easy transportation. The included shredder knife is made from pure anodized aluminium and can therefore be used for sour and salty foods without a problem. Different security mechanisms ensure high safety during operation. The device only works if the lid is exactly placed and the lever is set correctly. The click latch fastening, fixing the pot to the device, prevents movement and guarantees a stable hold.
