Since her last trio release, Hedvig has completed five commissioned works and released two solo albums. This new work arrives on the heels of her 2023 debut with the power-impro-trio Hedvig Mollestad Weejuns, featuring Stale Storlokken on keyboards and Ole Mofjell on drums. Her recent musical journey also includes an Artist In Residence position at the Moldejazz festival, where she performed with notable artists like Nels Cline, Trevor Dunn, and Colin Stetson.
