Key Features
Product Description The Bright White sugar paste is snow-white and a delicious vanilla flavour. Perfect for covering a cake and to cut out shapes. Knead well before use and roll out on a thin layer of icing sugar. You can also use the sugar paste for modelling or create different shapes and designs. Also suitable to colour with food colouring. Let the fondant rest for one hour after colouring (covered) for the best results. Knead the sugar paste again before further processing. To cover a round cake with a diameter of 20 cm, you will need approximately 500 g of fondant. Ingredients Sugar (79%), vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm), glucose syrup, water, humectant: E422, emulsifier: E471, thickener: E415, E466, natural flavouring, preservative: E200, acid: E330. May contain traces of: ALMONDS. Directions The following process is recommended for the best result: Let the sugar paste come to ambient temperature. Knead the sugar paste firmly until it is smooth and elastic. Dust the work surface with a bit of icing sugar and roll out the fondant with a rolling pin to an even shape (2-3 mm thick). Turn the sugar paste a quarter to prevent sticking. Are there still small cracks visible on the edges when the fondant is rolled out? Knead again firmly until the edges are smooth when rolling out. Then the sugar paste is ready for use. Manufacturer Contact Information FunCakes, Bruynvisweg 3, 1531AX Wormer, NL
