Description

Experience an extraordinary rehearsal session captured for the historic 'The Wall - Live in Berlin' event. Following the fall of the Berlin Wall in November 1989, Roger Waters staged one of the largest and most elaborate rock concerts in history on July 21, 1990. Held on the vacant terrain between Potsdamer Platz and the Brandenburg Gate, the original show drew an attendance of 200,000 people and reached approximately one billion television viewers. This 2LP vinyl release from Round Records provides a unique look into the preparations for this monumental musical moment. The production featured legendary musicians including Joni Mitchell, Van Morrison, Cyndi Lauper, Bryan Adams, Scorpions, and Sinead O'Connor, with stage design by Mark Fisher. This collection is a must-have for fans of rock history and Roger Waters.
