Description

Experience the evolution of Amalie Bruun with the Folkesange vinyl release from Relapse Records. Following her debut Myrkur EP in 2014 and acclaimed studio albums M and Mareridt, Bruun continues to challenge the boundaries of heavy metal. This release moves away from the black metal roots of her previous work to explore the heart of Scandinavian culture. Folkesange represents a deep journey into the folk roots of Bruun's childhood. By blending personal storytelling with traditional influences, this record offers a unique sonic experience that expands the definition of the genre. This vinyl edition is a must-have for collectors and fans of experimental rock and metal who appreciate music that draws from cultural heritage and personal history.
