Helps prevent the spread of invasive plant species by flushing engines and drives before departing launch ramp areas.
Compatible with 20hp and higher 2-cycle Mercury and Mariner outboards, as well as select 4-stroke Mercury BigFoot and MerCruiser sterndrives.
Designed for use when the engine or drive is turned off and the engine cannot be started.
