A rigid support structure is built into the design to guarantee the heatbreak remains intact under external force.
The integral frame rigid structure allows for more convenient nozzle replacement because the heatblock does not need to be grasped.
An inner hole roughness of Ra 0.3 in both the nozzle and heatbreak allows for smoother filament movement and higher resolution prints.
This high-flow hotend maintains the same overall dimensions as the standard hotend for full compatibility.
