The OTC 4513 set includes internal pliers capable of removing and installing snap rings from 3-1/16 inches to 6-1/4 inches (78 mm to 159 mm) in diameter.
External pliers in this heavy-duty set handle snap ring diameters ranging from 3-1/2 inches to 6-1/2 inches (89 mm to 165 mm).
Each 16-inch long tool is constructed from heat treated steel with a 12-1/2 inch handle length for heavy equipment repair.
A spring ratchet locking mechanism allows the pliers to securely hold against snap ring tension during use.
The durable blow-molded storage case includes extra pairs of replaceable 0.12 inch (3mm) diameter tips in straight, 45 degree, and 90 degree styles.
