Description

Experience the complete legacy of Pylon with the Pylon Box vinyl collection from New West Records. This definitive set provides a deep look at the band through remastered studio LPs Gyrate and Chomp, both sourced directly from their original tapes for superior sound quality. Beyond the core studio albums, this collection expands your listening with the 11-song Extra compilation. This includes rare tracks and five previously unreleased studio and live recordings. Collectors will also find the Razz Tape, a 13-song unreleased session that captures the band's earliest sound before their debut single. This box set is more than just music; it is a historical document. It includes a 200-page hardbound, full-color book. The book contains written pieces from influential figures including members of R.E.M. and Gang of Four, as well as Steve Albini and Corin Tucker. It is an essential addition for fans of classic rock and alternative music history.
