The MyElectronics 19 inch 2U Mini-ITX case combines compact server-grade design with exceptional versatility for home lab and professional projects. With a remarkably short depth of just 225 mm, this aluminium case fits easily into standard 19 inch racks without consuming excessive space. Originally developed as a custom solution for Raspberry Pi clustering projects, the improved version now offers robust storage flexibility: accommodate up to 5x 2.5 inch SSDs with an SFX-L power supply, or 5x 2.5 inch SSDs plus an additional 2.5 inch SSD slot when using an SFX power supply. The case features 2x PCI low-profile slots for expansion cards and dedicated space for 3x 80 x 25 mm cooling fans to maintain optimal temperatures. Built from high-grade aluminium for lightweight durability, this 2U rack mount case delivers professional infrastructure performance in a compact footprint ideal for dense computing environments, edge deployments, and advanced home networking setups.

Short 225 mm depth allows the 19 inch 2U Mini-ITX case to fit into tight rack spaces without exceeding standard enclosure dimensions.

High-grade aluminium construction keeps the 2U rack mount case lightweight whilst maintaining structural rigidity for secure equipment mounting.

Supports up to 5x 2.5 inch SSDs with SFX-L power supply, or 5x 2.5 inch SSDs plus 1x additional 2.5 inch SSD slot with standard SFX PSU.

Two low-profile PCI slots accommodate dual-slot compatible expansion cards for networking, storage controllers, or custom compute hardware.

Integrated space for 3x 80 x 25 mm fans provides active cooling capability to maintain stable operating temperatures in the Mini-ITX case.

Compatible with both SFX and SFX-L power supply units, offering flexibility in choosing PSU capacity for different workload requirements.
