This one-part, heat-curing liquid provides a high-performance finish that is resistant to scratches, moisture, dirt, and dust. Designed for chemically challenging environments, it guards against aggressive chemicals, thermal shocks, and corrosion to prevent physical damage to your components. This coating also provides insulation against high voltage. The 4223F formula is free of xylene and other hazardous air pollutants, making it a safer choice for your workspace. It is easy to apply and repair without the need for expensive or specialized equipment. This 3.78 L liquid metal can offers a reliable solution for maintaining the integrity of electric circuits in demanding conditions.

Key Features

The MG Chemicals 4223F coating is rated UL 746E for outdoor use and is externally qualified to IPC-CC-830B-class A standards.

This polyurethane formula provides excellent resistance to solvents, salt fog, and sulphur in chemically challenging environments.

Protect electric circuits from moisture, dust, thermal shocks, and scratches to avoid corrosion and physical damage.

This one-part product is easy to use and repair because it does not require special or costly equipment.

The coating operates within a wide service temperature range from -40C to +125C.

Requires heat to cure, with options for 16 hours at 80C or 6 hours at 80C plus 7 days at ambient temperature.
