Description

Experience the definitive collection of Serge Gainsbourg's early work with this specialized vinyl release. Covering the essential years from 1958 to 1970, this volume captures the evolution of a musical icon. For many years, listeners were limited to stereophonic mixes that replaced the original mono recordings standard in the 1960s. This collection solves that problem by restoring the authentic sound quality that fans have missed. By returning to the original mono masters, this release allows you to hear the music exactly as it was intended to be heard at the time of its creation. To ensure the highest possible audio fidelity, the soundtracks were handled by renowned sound engineer Miles Showell, known for his work with legendary acts like the Rolling Stones. This vinyl set is a must-have for collectors seeking the true sonic essence of Gainsbourg's formative studio years.
