Description

The Meinl Classics Custom Dark 18 inch Crash Cymbal is built for drummers who need high-impact performance without distracting high-pitch overtones. This cymbal provides a powerful, cutting attack on the front end, making it a perfect match for high-octane musical styles like rock and heavy metal. Crafted from B12 Bronze Alloy, these cymbals undergo a specialized finishing process. The combination of a dark finish and extra deep hammering creates a unique, shadowy appearance and a rich, complex tone. This design offers a warmer mix of sound while maintaining the volume and clarity expected from the Classics Custom series. Designed for power players, this crash cymbal responds with an energetic drive during loud dynamics. Whether you are playing in a studio or on stage, the widely spaced hammering and additional lathing ensure you get an explosive response and a professional sound that cuts through the mix.
