MedVance TM Silicone foam absorbent dressing offers advanced wound care with a multi-layer design engineered for optimal healing. The foam layer absorbs wound exudate to prevent maceration, whilst the soft hypoallergenic silicone adhesive acts as a wound contact layer that adheres to intact skin without sticking to the wound bed. This prevents secondary damage and significantly reduces pain during dressing removal and changes. The semi-permeable polyurethane film barrier allows oxygen and water vapour passage whilst protecting against liquid contamination. Each 4x4 inch dressing conforms to body contours for maximum patient comfort and ease of application, making it ideal for moderate to heavily exuding wounds. The box contains 5 individually packaged dressings.
