Makita DUN461WZ 18V Pole Hedge Trimmer - 46cm Blade

The Makita DUN461WZ is a professional-grade 18V Li-ion LXT pole hedge trimmer designed for precision trimming at height without the fatigue of manual tools. Featuring a 460mm blade length with 10mm maximum branch capacity, this adjustable trimmer head tilts up to 60 degrees and down to 75 degrees from horizontal, offering 10 angle settings for versatile cutting positions. The telescopic shaft extends from 1889mm to 2511mm, allowing you to reach high branches comfortably whilst maintaining control. A lock lever enables tool-less adjustment of the pole extension, making setup quick and simple. The reverse rotation system automatically frees the blade when thick branches jam it, whilst the built-in clutch protects the motor from overload. For compact storage and transport, the trimmer folds to a 180-degree position. This unit operates on Makita's 18V LXT battery platform (batteries and charger sold separately) and delivers reliable cordless performance for residential and light commercial hedge maintenance.
