Description
Achieve a studio-quality sound during any live performance with the LR Baggs Anthem. This award-winning system uses patent-pending TRU MIC technology to combine a proprietary condenser microphone with the acclaimed Element pickup. By blending these two components, you can capture the warmth and fidelity of a mic'd guitar anywhere you play. The TRU MIC is engineered to mount to the underside of the bridge plate, hovering just 3 mm above the surface. This specific placement utilizes the PZM or boundary effect to capture a dynamic range of frequencies. While the microphone handles the majority of the guitar's frequency range, the Element pickup provides essential low-frequency support. Designed to eliminate common live sound issues, the noise-canceling microphone technology removes annoying honky or boxy tones from inside the guitar body. The discrete, pre-contoured soundhole preamp gives you full control over your tone, allowing you to adjust volume, mix, phase inversion, and mic trim to suit your specific acoustic instrument.
