Description

The Lamy dialog black is a revolutionary capless fountain pen that redefines writing instrument design with its innovative twist mechanism - the first fountain pen to combine a retractable nib and integrated clip. Finished in elegant matt black lacquer, this German-engineered masterpiece features a 14kt gold nib with partial platinum plating in oblique bold (OB) size, delivering smooth, expressive writing for both everyday use and special correspondence. Handcrafted in Heidelberg with precision-engineered mechanics, the dialog black represents the pinnacle of functional design and writing luxury. Each pen arrives with an ink cartridge T 10 in blue and a converter Z 27, offering flexibility in how you refill and maintain your pen. Right-handed design ensures comfortable, natural writing position. The twist mechanism elegantly extends and retracts the nib without a traditional cap, making this an ideal choice for design enthusiasts, collectors, and anyone who demands both aesthetic sophistication and technical excellence in their writing instruments.

Key Features

The Lamy dialog black features a globally unique twist mechanism that retracts both nib and clip with a single, satisfying motion for effortless operation.

Handcrafted in Heidelberg using German engineering principles, each dialog black undergoes precise assembly and rigorous quality control at the LAMY factory.

The 14kt gold nib with partial platinum plating in OB (oblique bold) size delivers consistently smooth ink flow and distinctive, expressive line variation.

Matt black lacquer finish provides a sophisticated, timeless aesthetic that complements professional and creative environments.

Complete starter kit includes the dialog black pen, ink cartridge T 10 in blue, and converter Z 27 for versatile refilling options.

Right-handed design with ergonomic grip facilitates extended writing sessions and precise control over line weight and ink delivery.
