Description

Experience a design icon with the Lamy 2000 Fountain Pen. This writing instrument is celebrated for its unique construction, combining black fiberglass and brushed stainless steel known as Makrolon. Its timeless aesthetic is so significant that it is permanently exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art. Designed for enthusiasts who prefer traditional methods, this pen uses a piston-operated filling system. This means it is designed for use with ink bottles rather than standard cartridges, allowing for a more personalized writing experience. The 14k gold, platinum-plated fine nib provides a smooth and consistent flow for every stroke. Beyond its award-winning design, the pen offers practical visibility. Four small window sections are built into the barrel above the handle, letting you monitor your ink levels at a glance. Whether you are a collector or a daily writer, the Lamy 2000 offers a perfect balance of modern materials and classic fountain pen performance.
