Building on the success of the original model, this updated version doubles the polyphony to 6 voices, allowing you to play, sequence, or arpeggiate complex chords with ease. As a 6-operator FM synth, it provides a wide range of sonic possibilities for any music producer. This compact unit is designed for performance and creativity. It features a 16-step looping sequencer that lets you record your performances directly as you play. With expanded connectivity and more parameters and programs than before, you have greater control over your sound. The addition of new effects, including a new Reverb, adds depth and character to your digital tones. Whether you are building tracks from scratch or adding textures to a live set, the Volca FM2 offers professional-grade FM synthesis in a small footprint. It also supports MIDI via a TRS to MIDI jack (sold separately), making it easy to integrate into your existing setup by controlling other devices through its velocity-sensitive interface.
