Description

The Komodo Acupressure Mat with Pillow and Ball creates over 8000 pressure points across your body, combining traditional acupressure benefits with modern design. This three-piece set includes the main mat with 230 discs, a supportive pillow with 73 discs, and a 6.5cm spike ball for targeted relief. Simply place the mat on your floor, bed or sofa and lie down to experience deep tissue stimulation. Beginners can wear light clothing whilst their body adjusts to the spike texture; most users transition to direct skin contact for maximum benefit. Use the set for 15-40 minutes at a time to help relieve tension, improve circulation and support relaxation. The mat works by applying consistent pressure across multiple acupressure points, mimicking traditional acupuncture principles without needles. Perfect for home relaxation, post-workout recovery or daily wellness routines.

Key Features

The Komodo mat features 230 discs combined with the pillow's 73 discs, delivering over 8000 individual pressure points for comprehensive body coverage.

Three-piece set includes the acupressure mat, supportive pillow and 6.5cm spike ball, offering flexibility for different body areas and massage needs.

Use on any flat surface including floors, beds or sofas by simply lowering yourself slowly onto the mat for gradual acupressure stimulation.

Beginners can start with light clothing and progress to direct skin contact as their body acclimates to the spike texture over successive sessions.

Sessions lasting 15-40 minutes on the Komodo mat help release muscular tension and support natural relaxation without equipment or medications.

The spike ball component targets specific pressure points with precision, complementing the broader coverage of the mat and pillow for complete acupressure therapy.
