Designed for reliability, each lug features two separate ports to prevent the intermixing of conductors, allowing the component to run at a lower temperature for long-term stability. Each connector is engineered to fight oxidation by coating aluminum wires with a thin layer of silicone sealant. The integrated set screws break up surface oxides to ensure a secure mechanical connection every time. These lugs are manufactured in the USA and meet high safety standards, having been approved by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and UL.
