Description

Experience a historic return to the Pennsylvanian venue of Keith Jarrett's early years with this complete vinyl collection from ECM Records. This release combines two acclaimed volumes: the original intimate live recording and the 2024 follow-up, The Old Country. Featuring the legendary trio of Keith Jarrett, Gary Peacock on bass, and Paul Motian on drums, these recordings capture a unique moment in jazz history. Stereophile praised the music for its dash and unabashed lyricism, while The Guardian described the second volume as song-based jazz-imagining at its best.
