Helicon Lagon Nwar - Jazz and Afro-Jazz CD Album

Experience the unclassifiable sounds of Lagon Nwar, a debut album from Helicon. Saxophonist Quentin Biardeau and bassist Valentin Ceccaldi, members of the Tri-Collectif, bring together a unique musical meeting with Reunionese singer Ann O'aro and Burkinabe percussionist Marcel Balbone. The nine tracks on this self-titled release create a world that moves between the tender and the powerful, the luminous and the shadowy. This collection blends Creole tradition with Afro-jazz and European pop, delivered with feverish poetry. It is a fascinating journey through diverse musical landscapes, perfect for fans of jazz and global fusion.
