Installation is made simple with an auto switch mounting plate that automatically handles the battery connection during setup. For easy maintenance, the unit includes an extra large test button. Please note that this specific model is NOT interlinkable and is therefore not suitable for the new Scottish legislation regarding fire detection in the home as of February 2022. This unit meets British Standard BS EN 14604 and carries the Kitemark certification.
