The FiiO KA17 is a premium portable digital-to-analog converter and headphone amplifier engineered for audiophiles who demand exceptional sound quality from their mobile devices. Equipped with dual ES9069 DACs and an XMOS XU316 processor, it decodes full MQA files and supports PCM up to 768kHz and DSD512 playback. The multistage balanced THX AAA 78+ amplifier delivers powerful output with up to 650mW from the BAL 4.4mm connector in desktop mode, or 270mW+270mW from the single-ended 3.5mm jack when four THX amps work in parallel. The 0.91-inch dot matrix display shows real-time playback information, whilst dual USB Type-C ports accommodate both charging and audio data simultaneously. A dedicated D.Mode switch unlocks desktop amplifier functionality for enhanced power delivery, and parametric EQ sound effects let you fine-tune the audio signature to your preference.
