Description

Elixir 12027 electric guitar strings deliver bright, vibrant tone with dynamic punch using nickel-plated steel wrap wire construction. These Custom Light gauge strings (.009-.046) feature Elixir's patented NANOWEB coating technology, which provides traditional uncoated string feel whilst protecting against corrosion and extending tone life significantly longer than uncoated alternatives. The ultra-thin coating maintains the tactile response players expect whilst keeping your strings sounding fresh and resonant through extended playing sessions. Whether you're recording, performing live, or practising at home, these strings combine playability with durability to keep your guitar sounding vibrant for weeks longer than standard strings.

Key Features

Elixir 12027 strings use nickel-plated steel wrap wire for bright, vibrant presence and dynamic punch in every note.

Custom Light gauge (.009-.046) sizing suits players seeking lighter tension with responsive playability and faster lead work.

Ultra-thin NANOWEB coating feels traditionally textured like uncoated strings whilst protecting against corrosion damage.

Patented coating technology extends tone life longer than any other brand's coated or uncoated strings, reducing string changes.

NANOWEB coating maintains natural string feel and response that players expect from premium electric guitar strings.
