The hardware uses the Atmega 2560-16au and 16u2 chips to provide performance similar to the official version.
An improved pinout includes added SDA and SCL pins located near the AREF pin for enhanced connectivity.
The IOREF pin allows shields to adapt to the voltage provided by the board for better compatibility between 5V and 3.3V systems.
This ELEGOO MEGA R3 board is RoHS compliant and includes a USB cable for your project needs.
