Description
Upgrade your toolkit with this 5-pack of Dormer Jobber Drill bits. Engineered from High Speed Steel (HSS), these bits maintain excellent hot hardness during intensive drilling tasks. Each drill features a 135 degree split point designed to provide self-centering capabilities, which results in low thrust and easier penetration into your workpiece. These bits are specifically optimized for difficult materials. The strong flute design is built for drilling stainless steel, including austenitic and ferritic/martensitic types with hardness less than 1000 N/mm2. They are also effective for titanium and titanium alloys under 900 N/mm2. The steam oxide finish helps reduce built-up-edge by improving lubricity. While primarily designed for use on machines, these straight shank DIN 338 bits are also suitable for handheld applications.
