DMT WM8EF 8-Inch DuoSharp Plus Bench Stone - Extra-Fine/Fine

The DMT WM8EF is an 8-inch dual-grit diamond sharpening stone designed for fast, reliable edge maintenance on knives, scissors, and tools. Featuring both interrupted and continuous diamond surfaces, this bench stone combines the Fine grit (25 micron / 600 mesh) side for achieving a razor-sharp edge with the Extra-Fine grit (9 micron / 1200 mesh) side for polishing and refining edges to perfection. The 6-inch by 2 5/8-inch working surface on each side provides ample space for full-length knife blades, whilst the continuous zone accommodates small and pointed tools with precision. The included non-skid mat keeps the stone stable during use on any counter or workbench. Unlike traditional sharpening stones, the DMT WM8EF requires no oil-simply use water or sharpen dry for convenience. Micronized monocrystalline diamond construction delivers significantly faster sharpening performance than conventional stones, making maintenance quick and efficient. Built for durability, this sharpening stone provides years of dependable service for home workshops, kitchens, and professional tool maintenance.
