Description
Elevate your pizzicato performance with the D'Addario Helicore 3/4 Scale Medium Tension G String. Specifically engineered for double bass players, this single string is designed to bring out the best in your instrument. The stranded steel core provides optimum playability while producing a clear and warm tone that responds beautifully to your touch. One of the standout benefits of this string is the reduced damping, which allows for maximum sustain and a powerful growl during pizzicato playing. This makes it an excellent choice for musicians looking to add depth and character to their sound. Built to meet the highest standards, this string is designed, engineered, and manufactured in the USA under stringent quality controls to ensure reliability and consistent performance for every session.

Key Features

Designed for 3/4 size basses with a playing length of 41 3/4 inches (1060mm) for a precise fit.

Medium tension provides a balanced feel and responsive playability for various musical styles.

Stranded steel core construction delivers a clear, warm tone and improved playability.

Reduced damping increases sustain and creates a strong growl specifically for pizzicato techniques.

Manufactured in the USA following strict quality control standards for professional reliability.
