COOKING VINYL Alan Parsons Project Ammonia Avenue 45 RPM Audiophile 2LP

Experience The Alan Parsons Project's million-selling masterpiece Ammonia Avenue as it was meant to be heard with this 2LP heavyweight 45 RPM audiophile edition. This numbered collector's pressing is expertly cut by Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios in May 2025 using a customised Neumann VMS 80 lathe at half speed, sourced from a 1:1 archive transfer of the original SONY 1610 format digital master tape recorded in 1984. Pressed at Optimal, Europe's premium vinyl pressing plant, this release captures the intricate production quality of the original whilst presenting superior sound fidelity through the elevated 45 RPM format. The album explores themes around industrial scientific developments and their public perception, presented here in pristine audiophile quality with a numbered Obi-strip on the first edition.
