Description

Experience a piece of alternative music history with The Wedding Present 40 on vinyl. Released by Clue Records, this record celebrates the legacy of a band that emerged from the Leeds alt-rock scene in the early 1980s. Following the end of The Lost Pandas, singer/guitarist David Gedge and bassist Keith Gregory formed The Wedding Present in 1985, drawing influence from pop radio, punk, and The Velvet Underground. As a band that remains uncompromising and authentic, The Wedding Present helped shape modern guitar rock.
