Description

Experience the musical legacy of The Fun Boy Three with this comprehensive collection from Chrysalis Records. Formed in 1981 after Terry Hall, Lynval Golding, and Neville Staples departed from The Specials, the group quickly established a unique sound that resonated across the UK charts. This collection captures the essential era of the band, from their debut success with 'The Lunatics (Have Taken Over The Asylum)' to their massive UK Top 10 hits. Listen to the iconic collaborations with Bananarama, including 'T'Aint What You Do (It's The Way That You Do It)' and 'Really Saying Something.' Fans will appreciate the inclusion of their influential singles such as 'Summertime,' 'The Tunnel of Love,' and 'Our Lips Are Sealed.' This set brings together the artistry found in their two landmark albums, 'The Fun Boy Three' (1982) and 'Waiting' (1983), the latter of which features production by Talking Heads frontman David Byrne. Perfect for collectors of pop and dance pop, this release is a definitive way to own the history of this influential trio.
