Celestron SkyPortal WiFi Module - Smartphone Telescope Control

Transform your smartphone or tablet into a personal planetarium with the Celestron SkyPortal WiFi Module. This adapter plugs directly into your telescope's hand control or AUX port, creating a wireless connection to your mobile device. Once connected, your device acts as a wireless hand control, making it easy to manage the alignment process and navigate the night sky. With the free SkyPortal app for iOS and Android, you can explore a massive database of over 100,000 celestial objects. Simply tap an object to identify it, and tap again to have your telescope slew and center it perfectly in your eyepiece. The SkyPortal module also features a Sky Tour that suggests the best stars, galaxies, and nebulae to view based on your specific time and location. Enhance your viewing experience with included audio descriptions that provide history and mythology as you observe the cosmos.
