Description

Elevate your acoustic-electric guitar performance with the BOSS AD-2 Acoustic Preamp. This pedal uses advanced sound processing to deliver professional-grade tone whether you are playing through an amp or connecting directly to a PA system. By utilizing sophisticated under-the-hood processing, the AD-2 allows you to manage multiple interlocked parameters through simple, intuitive stompbox controls. One of the standout benefits is the Acoustic Resonance feature, which reproduces the complex resonance characteristics of an unplugged acoustic guitar, giving your plugged-in instrument a natural, organic feel. For live settings, the Ambience knob provides studio-quality reverb specifically optimized for acoustic tones, adding depth to your sound. Managing live stage environments is easy with the built-in notch filter for instant feedback reduction and a sound mute function for quick tuning or guitar swaps. With both a normal output for acoustic guitar amps and a balanced DI output for direct connections, the BOSS AD-2 provides the versatility required by modern performers.
