The BGS 32550 uses pneumatic-hydraulic force amplification to offer faster operation and lower power consumption compared to manual hand edge setters.
This tool performs edge setting on normal car body sheets and non-hardened materials including steel, copper, brass, and aluminum up to 1.6 mm thick.
Equipped with a 5 mm punch diameter, this device can also create precise 5 mm holes specifically for spot welding tasks.
Designed for standard workshop setups, it features a 1/4 inch compressed air connection and requires a working pressure of 6.2 bar (90 psi).
The BGS air edge setter operates with an air consumption of 100 cm3 per release and a recommended hose diameter of 3/8 inch.
