Description

Improve your sitting habits with the Beurer 8Sense by PC100, a smart posture coach designed for office workers and those with sedentary lifestyles. Long periods of sitting can lead to unhealthy posture, aches, and long-term back problems. This innovative dual system uses a lightweight clip-on sensor and a dedicated app to help you monitor your position in real-time. The sensor clips easily onto your collar to track how you sit. When you maintain a static position for too long, the device provides a gentle vibration to prompt you to move and change your position. By connecting via Bluetooth to the free 8Sense app, you receive immediate feedback and access to cumulative data analysis. This information allows for customized exercise recommendations aimed at improving your long-term back health. Developed with input from professional sports physicians and physiotherapists, the 8Sense provides a scientifically backed way to manage your daily movement and prevent the negative effects of a heavy office-based working culture.
