In early 2013 I was 42 years old. I didn’t know it but I was heading full speed towards my first mental breakdown. You could say my first mid-life-crisis. I was lost, out of control, running as fast as I could away from myself, doing everything I could to avoid the pain and darkness inside of me. That was when I first started to put pen to paper. At the start much of it was illegible. It was pages and pages of scribble. It felt like spirit writing through me. The truth is, my mind was exploding and I could not get the words down quick enough - too much information was trying to get out. I found myself screaming to be godlike and then my guru came to me and the journey to get to know my Self began. The answer is 42 - The question?………….read on.
