Lepicol Original 3in1 Formulation – Contains Psyllium Husk, Inulin and 5 Strains of Live Bacteria – 350g Powder (Pack of 2)

Lepicol Original is a high-fibre 3-in-1 digestive supplement designed to support everyday gut health and regularity. This gentle yet effective formulation combines psyllium husk, inulin, and five strains of live bacteria, offering a natural way to increase fibre intake while supporting the balance of beneficial bacteria in the gut. Psyllium husk (Plantago ovata) is a water-retentive fibre that forms a soft gel, helping to maintain normal bowel transit. It is known for being gentler on the digestive system than wheat or bran-based fibres, making it suitable for those with more sensitive digestion. Lepicol also contains inulin sourced from chicory root — a natural fibre fermented by live bacteria in the gut — along with 5 scientifically selected bacterial strains including Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium bifidum. These strains are freeze-dried and proven to survive the stomach’s acidic conditions. This versatile supplement is suitable for vegetarians, requires no refrigeration, and can be taken daily as part of a balanced diet. Simply mix with water or juice and follow with a full glass of liquid. Lepicol provides an easy way to increase fibre intake and support digestive well-being, especially for those with busy lifestyles or low-fibre diets.
