Easy to consult, full-color, and ideal for both collectors and virtual pilots who want to learn the procedures for flying the legendary Maddog in a professional manner. These manuals are the perfect companion to the MD-80 flight training video course available on the author’s YouTube channel. The first volume illustrates the aircraft’s systems with a description of the components, schematics and photos of the various control panels. The second volume contains: - a section listing all abbreviations used in the manuals, - the operational limitations, - a selection of the most important emergency and abnormal procedures - all Standard Operating Procedures - a chapter on piloting techniques for visual and instrument approaches, covering both normal operations and certain emergency situations - the checklists for normal operations in duplicate, so you can cut out one copy without damaging the rest of the manual and use it easily during simulated flights. Available in both a hardcover edition with higher-quality pages and a more economical softcover edition.
