This Poetry Book is primarily concerning poems relating to family and family affairs, Animals & Friends. Sometimes deep thoughts! They are all my own work with the exception of a few Anonymous pieces. They mostly relate to situations, people, animals, occasions and tributes to, for and about, my own recollections and experiences. Many of these poems relate to memorable occasions that I have been involved in with my four children, Rupert, Coralie, Toby and Tamsin, together with my dear wife Jacky. Of course other members of our rather large family group also appear as subject matter within the tomes of this production. It may seem that in this document I am attempting to produce, there is an attempt to put down on paper a picture of my life story, put together for anyone (or no one) to read and enjoy. If I were a well-known person in the Public Eye, a renowned Politician, a premier league Footballer or anyone of the like, I could be correct in my thinking that there would possibly be a considerable number of the worldwide population who would potentially enjoy reading anything that I might say or write! However, I am none of those people mentioned, and so from the very beginning of this project I will state that I am just an ordinary parent who has lived through a life probably very similar to many millions of other parents on our planet and who simply wishes to leave some sort of legacy or documentation in the form of factual personal information for posterity! I would hope that you read and enjoy the items herein and make allowance for the sometimes personal, sometimes sentimental and sometime comical content of many of these works.
