Quantum Ergonomics Global Standards Board™: Premium Non-Digital Program Licensable Global Authority Framework

The Future of Aerospace & Defense Is Not Just Technological. It Is Human. Autonomous systems are expanding. AI authority is escalating. Decision cycles are compressing. Space missions are extending beyond Earth orbit. Yet one variable remains structurally under-governed: Human cognitive sustainability. The Quantum Ergonomics™ Global Standards Series establishes the world’s first formalized governance discipline designed specifically for aerospace, defense, and high-risk machine ecosystems. Developed by Joseph Or Yosef Inc., the Quantum Ergonomics Global Standards Board™ (QEGSB™) defines enforceable, future-proof standards for human performance integration in extreme technological environments. What This Master Manual Establishes This volume provides a complete institutional architecture for: AI Authority Classification A structured A0–A5 authority-tier system governing autonomous decision escalation and override supremacy. Cognitive Collapse Prevention Validated modeling frameworks including: Load-to-Mission Risk Ratio (LMRR) Cognitive Collapse Probability Curves (CCPC) Redline Threshold governance Environmental Risk Index (ERI) High-G, microgravity, hypoxia, thermal stress, and compression modeling for aerospace and space operations. Simulation & Validation Doctrine Mandatory stress-testing, replay verification, and escalation timing documentation before deployment. Ethical Governance Framework Human override supremacy Non-coercive augmentation standards Longitudinal sustainability modeling Doctrine-based non-dilution protections Licensing & Enforcement Architecture Global certification pathways Institutional accreditation Audit and compliance frameworks Doctrine-protective licensing agreements Who This Book Is For Aerospace manufacturers Defense contractors Government procurement authorities Military leadership Space agencies Policy architects AI system designers Institutional risk committees Board-level governance bodies If you oversee systems where milliseconds matter and autonomy expands, this manual is written for you. Why Quantum Ergonomics™ Matters Now Institutions influenced by ecosystems such as: U.S. Department of Defense National Aeronautics and Space Administration Federal Aviation Administration European Union Aviation Safety Agency International Organization for Standardization Operate within advanced mechanical and regulatory frameworks. Quantum Ergonomics™ introduces the missing predictive human-systems governance layer. Without structured cognitive governance: Authority-tier ambiguity increases liability. Override erosion increases systemic risk. Sustainability neglect accelerates collapse probability. Ethical drift undermines public trust. This manual ensures those risks are modeled, governed, and prevented. What Makes This Different This is not: A research essay A futurist commentary A general AI ethics book A performance psychology manual This is a standards-setting authority document. It defines: A new discipline A certification system An enforcement architecture A crisis governance model A fiduciary risk framework A public-sector procurement overlay A 25-year continuity doctrine It is structured to be licensable, auditable, and implementable across sovereign and enterprise environments.
